Our products are fresh and all natural, made just for you! For this reason, we are not allowed to accept return products and no refunds are allowed after purchase. Please contact us directly if any issues occur.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Orders will be processed 7-14 business days from the order date and shipped  day after the processing day. Please note we do not ship on weekends. 
  • Billing and shipping address must match when making a purchase.
  • There may be delays in the shipping process due to COVID.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Please contact USPS.
  • We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your address is incorrect you will have to pay a shipping fee for your package to be resent.

Nature To Skin is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Prior purchasing and using any product from Nature To Skin remember to carefully read all instructions, labels, ingredient lists, and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific skin condition, allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. 

If you are not sure about your skin being compatibile with Nature To Skin ingredients, please consult your healthcare provider or dermatologist prior ordering or using any Nature To Skin products. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.
